Got hold of another set of wheels for a good price...very badly in need of a refurb. Decided to have a go myself and to do them abit different. Was originally going to do them green but then opted for flurescent orange. Quite happy with how they turned out.

Pictures are from a couple of weeks ago. Had a quick blast over the Buttertubs Pass. Awesome road...only spoiled by the amount of sunday drivers that were out!

Lol! It took ages and it was more like 5 or 6 highlighter pens!

Yeah they are going to be a track set. On the car at the moment as the others have two bald tyres.
 
yeh not bad mate, fairplay for giving it a go to be diffferent, but personally i would perfer to paint the whole wheel, instead of leaving the white inner. then i think it would look lush. but thats only my opinion. :)
 
I dont like these. it looks like they have been photo shopped, Really badly.

Aslong as you like them though:D
 
looks like a lil bit of a photoshop to me but if not do the rest of the wheel for the big two thumbs up from me :)) i like odd colours
 
Was just one of them things...but like i said these are a second set of wheels that i have so they are not always going to be on the car and i'll have the time to change the colour as i please! Just wanted something eye-catching!

Wheres the best place to get CW paint from? Or is it easiest to get someone like Halfords to mix some up for me? As i'm going to refurb my original alloys due to them being abit rough and chipped.

Mitch don't change them just because we don't like them, if you like them it doesn't matter what we think.

Why not try a green of some sort? Should be eye catching!

Am I the only one who thinks this is awesome? That's a serious NEON color, I love it. It's like what they paint sea buoys with. I even like the combo color scheme.
 
Mate, sorry to say it looks bad.

But i can see where you were coming from... kind of lol

seriously, it makes me want Blue Bunny's Orange Dream Ice Cream!

do not like it (the rims, not the ice cream which is F**KING delicious)
