Hi to everyone.

I've not long collected by 2000 EK9 - over the moon - couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how long I'll have my licence for though! I had a EG6 before this which was great but it encouraged me to incur 6 points on my licence LOL.

About my new car...
It's in really good condition and completely standard except for a set of coil overs (which need to be properly set up for the harsh UK roads), when I picked it up it was slammed to the deck and rock hard. See the pic's.

I'd just like to say that I love the website - loads of good information from people who are really clued up about the car.

Was wondering if anyone could let me know about servicing:- cam belt, oil filters etc... would I need ek9 parts or are ek4 parts the same? if not where would I go about getting some?

umm ek4 parts are not the same, i would suggest using ITR parts since the ctr is a destroked itr.

ek4 oil filters and airfilters fit the ek9 ,but the ek4 cambelt does NOT fit the ek9! just pop in to your local honda dealer and they'll get you a ek9 belt in 1-2 days in the uk ,i live in the uk and have no problems at all getting any ek9 parts from honda
