need some info on SIR steering wheel

I am just wondering I saw that there is a guy selling a Honda Civic Sir steering wheel he says that there is no airbag but I have heard that the JDM SIR wheel has no air bag does anyone know if the SIR wheel that you can buy in the USDM and Canadian 1996-2000 SIR's came with airbags

Yes, i own a canadian 99' SiR and they came with airbags.

The wheel you are probably thinking of is this one, shown here on the race base ek9. As you can see its not an SiR exclusive wheel, and it like it has no airbag.

All 96-2000 civics in the US and Canada came with a 4 spoke wheel with an airbag.
