( for a few weeks now i am fighting with my b16b engine!! to make the long story short its a topped b16b engine wich i usually use once a week for a slow round of my village and a 1st to 4th accelleration!! i have problem with its coolant!!! when it doesnt pass the 6k rpm the car works ok everything is excellent if i hit vtec even if its for a few secs then it starts blowing air in the expansion tank!! the radiator cap its 1.1 bar pressure but that its not right it throws a lot of water out of my radiator without stressing the engine!! and i dont think its a headgasket because i checked the pressure and its ok neither the water pump as is checked also neither the thermostat as i removed it
