need help with seats

Hello I am just wondering I own a EK hatch but just a USDM model and I am just wondering I am looking at some seats I am wondering there is a set of JDM GSR cloth seats I am just wondering will those bolt on directly into the EK without modifications, or can I take of the rails from the factory civic seats and put them on the GSR seats.

gsr seats will bolt up to your ej, all but 1 hole, thats what i have
