Need help Tegiwa carbon airbox ek9

yo guyz anyone fitted a Tegiwa carbon airbox for the honda civic ek9 ?? i have a problem when i close the hood the hood hits the airbox so it damages the carbon and i don't know what is wrong i cannot lower it , the bracket looks in its position on the chassis so whats the problem here anyone have any suggestions or same problem and found a solution to that?

A picture of it fitted would probably help. Why can't it be lowered? I would assume it should be a straight fit.

Does it rub at the front of the box or towards the back?

As above, take a picture also, have you tried contacting @Tegiwa Imports ?

oh sorry for long time delay i have spoke with them and send back the airbox i try all the common things to fit it on my car with a 100% fail
