Need a few thoughts before ECU Remap.

Hi.

Just wanted to take a few opinions before i take my EK9 for a remap on a PowerFC.
What are your thoughts on replacing the intake manifold with a skunk2 pro series one?
Found it very cheap and i don't want to destroy my OEM Intake manifold to port-match a skunk2 alpha series 66mm T/B i will go with.

Car's a bone stock b16b with 4-2-1 5zigen headers , decat , Trust n1 full system , Fujita f5 cai and some mfactory close gear ratios.

Let me know if u have had an experience.

Not worth it tbh. Skunk2 inlet is based on the EK9 and DC2 inlet manifold

the Skunk2 is marginally better than the OEM manifold. I gained a couple of BHP when I swapped on a DC2, there is certainly more meat to it of you want something to port out though. If its cheap and you don't want to cut your OEM manifold to fit the larger TB then go for it IMHO.
