My new winter hack...

Love it mate, Great little car's. All the best with it, seems you've allready had some fun in it :D

First full tank done, 25mpg.

Still nailing it about everywhere, so that may improve but I'm not expecting any more than 27mpg long term average.

Lowered tyre pressures from 31 to 26, seems to have tamed the lively rear end a bit.

Awww, I just filled my tank to full and was going to test the MPG, was hoping for 30+. 25 MPG is Evo fuel money!

Just ordered a Sprint V bucket seat for mine and going to steal an out of date harness from my brother's rally-car. How are you finding the seating position? I would prefer to be a bit lower and further back than the car can give me.

Mine have had the 'foamectomy' which lowers the seating position and males the bolsters appear slightly larger. I've not been in a standard one to compare, but I love the position of them.

The non adjustable steerig wheel is a bit of a pain.

25mpg is a long way off Evo economy. On the IOW an Evo will be returning 16-18mpg. My ATR is 27mpg, my EK was 31mpg.

Looks mega fun! Vids from the GoPro??

Still gelous of your UK 1.8iS. Would happily trade my S/C 1.6 for it, if it was on IOM.

Know what you mean about the fixed wheel.

Not got hold of it yet, wasn't my camera!

Went out for some offroad h00nage last night. Road tyres + 60mph + gravel = massive grins! :D
