Yea how much are they?

Service is getting finished on thursday. Had to order a new monifold today coz the other was damaded when if was shipped over. Should be here in a week to 10 days or so. Its by 5Zigen. :clap:

65 quid iirc from www.mytyres.co.uk plus fitting, might be able to get cheaper else where, but you need to decide if you want that type of tyre first. i think they should be a good tyre, probably 140 treadwear rating, so will be good in the dry. plus will suite the car also as they are japanese as well.

how much that manifold gonna cost ya? rest of the car ok?

ohh mate i know what you mean about systems, i think im gonna buy a J's Racing full system, decat and mani but worried if it will sound good....

Is your exhaust manifold stainless steel? and did it come with a fitting gasket or do you need one?

was thinking the same, but i haven't heard anything amazing about the j's manifold. and it will be loud as hell!!! :D:nerv: $$$$ too

Is the j's mani not the one to get for the ek9 then........im abit :confused: now.......i know its down to choice but i am looking for the best for gains and sound with the j's decat and system
 
Toda is the best, recognised.... however, it has also been said that spoon, 5zigen and mugen are also reccomended.
I was looking for this same mani- catback system. For the money, their are much better, cost efficient things to buy then the j's product range. The whole sytem with cost something like 1500+ o_O
saying that, they must have their +'s as they are well recognised for products to being - Function>Form

As for gasket I cannot promise anything because the header was a present when I bought the car :D and I haven't searched for that, but what I can assure you is that 5Zigen makes only 4-2-1 stainless steel headers which are very cheap I believe for the quality, around $500 :nice:

when you say theres better out there....d oyou mean better for power gains? how well made they are? thought j's were one of the best off honda tuning........
 
both... don't get me wrong, J's quality is good, so is power gains... however, with the amount of money spent, you could buy better items at a lower cost

:) i am in the same position... was gonna buy this and that.. but for now, im just gonna enjoy the car standard, appreciate honda's machine, and when i get bored, ill change it :)
