UPDATE (At Last)
Sorry I haven't updated this in a while been a bit of a slow couple of month's.
First off, Replacing my knackered power steering pump. Decided to experiment with a EK9 pump and see the difference's and as thought the differences are quite big. Firstly the pulley is 10" on the EK4 and 11/12" (Cant quite remember exactly) on the EK9 pulley.
The biggest difference is the porting on both pumps.

Once my little investigation was done, i bolted it in, topped it up with Honda PSF and bleed the system and i can report the steering defiantly feels heavier and better weighted.
Next up the bonnet. Pretty self explanatory really just had to what the paint.
As you can see i had to get a bit creative with cloth pugs and sikaflex to fit the rubber seal back together
Dad got a bit creative with some left over metal and made a nice guard to stop **** getting sucked up the cold air feed.
Exhaust, Spoiler and lights fitted.
As the idea of re trimming my cards was to expensive i just ended up going for a set of EK9 door cards.
Bright side with the EK9 cards is the OEM quality and the exact colour match to the Recaro's.
DC2 rear seats arrived.
With some work, this is what i've been left with.
The rear seats didn't stretch 100% perfect but i'll sort that out at a later date.
Final push and a few phones calls later and!!
It's done (almost) 15 months after i started, this is whats left.
First impression on driving it are good, Car is pulling well, gearbox feels good as does the suspension. The car will defiantly get a remap in the future though just to get the best from it and maybe add a bit of fuel economy as well (30mpg been my best so far with 15mpg being my worst
)
The car also needs a good polish with a polishing mop to get it looking spot less and really make it shine, Then the badges can be put back on.
Rest of the work is tidying little bits up, Stopping the cabin rattles (stopped most of them now), Fit my Oil pressure, Oil & Water temp gauges, Fix a small water leak and generally tweaking things as i go but for now I am just going to enjoy driving it for awhile.
I'll like to say thanks to everyone for reading and commenting on this thread over the last 15 months its been nice reading peoples reactions, I'll try and keep this thread up to date with any little bits of work done in the future as well as the adventurers and issues that will know doubt a rise along the way.
