Well after a year out i'm back behind the wheel of another honda :drive:

My first honda was a CW EK9 bought from Duncan in September 2010

Welcome back buddy :D

New coupe looks super clean, good buy :nice:

Is this Sal's old coupe?

Yeah i believe it did belong to 'Sal'

I bought it from a chap in Edinburgh so im assuming he bought it from Sal?

Anyone got any links to a build thread of some more details of the car when he had it? I know it was featured in Banzai magazine a while back but would love to see more pics of it :nice:

Love it mate, looks super clean. Love the wheels. :nice:

What's the 2.2 like in the coupe I just bought a prelude with the intention of dropping the h22 into my ek hatch

Thanks guys :)

DO IT!! The H22 goes really well. Strong acceleration through every gear and the vtec in 5th is savage :drive:

Also a small update to the car today

Fitted new 6x9's in the back shelf and discovered how much of a ballache they were to get to lol Whole rear interior had to come out. Seats, side panels, the lot lol

Also picked up these beauties this morning :D Just need frames and they will be getting fitted. Hopefully next weekend :D

Seems someone likes them anyway :p

I fitted new rear 6x9's in my cousins coupe at the weekend, took 15 mins, was a pain tho, much easier in my ek4 saloon!

Coupe looks great, im after one in either blue or black

a set of red ek9 or dc2 recaros would look better imo or if you really want to go balls out a set of blue recaros from a dc5! looks like a clean motor though!

Yeah once i had it out and knew where all the screws etc were it wasnt too bad a job. Just couldnt believe how much had to be removed to fit them

Yeah that was the original plan but they still go for silly money compared to what I paid for these. I believe one of the previous owners had the blue recaros in it at one point. Not really a big fan of them in that colour tbh. The door cards have blue material on them so I recon these Cobra's will go well :D

Thanks for the reply :) how do you find clearance with the h22?

Not to many issues if im honest. I've scraped the downpipe a couple of times but thankfully nothing serious :nice:

H22a7 coupe fweinddd :D looks good :D

:D:D:D (Off to search for pics etc of yours now :p
