Yes it had a respray. The owner of that dc2 wanted white color like the snow.

Unfortunately no. I just driven only Hungaroring (Hungary) my EK4. I want to go some circuit with my dc2 too.

my dc2 when I bought it:

ever since there were some modification:
-282 front brakes
-UKDM s80 gearbox
-spoon rear upper tower bar
-full overhauled stock engine (82mm)
-programmed jdm p30 ecu (with CROME by me)
-4-2-1 custom made header and back box (by me)
-eibach pro 22mm lowering springs
-2000 UKDM ITR camshafts
