Hi guys, was after an ek4 for a while and Literally just bought one :) well happy with it tbh.. this is my third car, I went from a 90bhp starlet n/a to a 110bhp civic ep4 to this a 1.6vti 160bhp civic.

105k FULL service history and all MOT's from new
2 owners from new

Got insured yesterday and really happy with the car :) really tight and the power is awesome when in Vtec, anyway decided to make a little flyby video.. Enjoy

First Update :)

First things first we grinded the tow bar off :)

Ideas for the ek4 welcome and if your selling parts HOLLA ;)
 
mate youll definitely notice a difference in weight if yu take the rest of that tow bar off. its probably bolted to the chassis. those things weigh a tonne.
and tilt that spoiler some more...or thats what id do anyway haha.
looks like a nice clean start to a project...enjoy that vtec lad ;)
 
Haha yh I did eventually grind the whole tow bar off. Took the crash bar off and did it properly :) loving VTEC man but ATM I'm spending loads on fuel :p
 
Looks really clean! There's no such thing as a 10+ year old car with NO rust :)

Also, you could've just bolted the whole thing off instead of grinding it off :D
 
very nice clean example :) hoep the engine still pulls strong as if its had a tow bar most likely been under some strain over the years
 
Nope tow bar is welded to the crash bar :) also the guy who owned before had it for 12 years and said he'd never towed anything lol :p
