lovely coupe mate agree with gav loved the red recars but the black ones breaks up the colour and does look better :)

Red recaros are perfect but i prefer the black with a red car.

Don't sell the 16 teg rims:bow: use them for a daily drive and keep the ek9's for racing.
 
When you changed the climate control, did you need to change the vent tubes in the dash too?

yes hytech replica perfect clearance no problem at all only think was that i had to remove some cover of the lsd tranny nothing big other that perfect

well i will be honest with you that vent tube to change it you have to take the complete dash apart and thats way to much trouble over something that you don't see. i modified it a little and good to go work like factory and you cant see the difference and the performance is the same.

oh damn that's awesome! I'm unfamiliar with the rhd version of this dash, that's why I asked. I may be importing an EK9 over to North America within a yeah and we can only get ones that are 15 years old due to our laws. I would like to convert the car to a 99-00 spec, if you could share with me how you modded the vents to work, that would be amazing, thanks!
 
Dude wack those red ones back in, you can never have to much red when your car looks as good as yours

yes, right now i was kissing him goodbye because tomorrow he goes in to surgery (LOL) will put some PCT pistons in to get higher comp.

*near future mods i have another b18c bottom thats going to go 84mm HEHE
but that will be later probably my Christmas present jeje... well with the cash that's going to take i will say Christmas 2011 jejeje

so we can import ek9 after 15 years sweet i did't now that. dawmmmm i will love to get my hands on one of those baby hehe:drive:

if your coupe is not 99-00 then is more work to be done you will have to swap couple of parts like the heather and blower and you will need a 99-00 a/c harness there are lot of good tutorial on line that can help. in my case it was easier because i don't need the heather since in PR the lowest temp is around 75 degrees so the first thing that you do when buying a car here is throw the heater away LOL

i have a friend that brought one (ek9) to PR USA. that mad man cut the ek9:angry: in half....(moment of silence and sadness from me) and send it from Dominican Republic in pieces. it got in to PR for spare parts. then he swap everything to his hatch.

now that's a guy crazy enough for a ek9 to go to all that trouble, but it breaks my heart every time that i remember that butcher LOL.
