Looks the part that does! :) forgive me if this is a silly question but what is the turbo timer for when there's no turbo? Didnt realise they worked on N/A engines. Just curious that's all!

it doesnt work, hence the turbo's isnt installed yet coz my darn mechanic is still on vacation, we juz installed for later use and as you can see from the pic of the turbo timer there's no wirings to it yet lol :nerv:

this is the turbo kit that my mechanic gonna install in the coming week

Ah makes sense now! :) to be fair I didn't pay too much attention to whether there was wiring on the turbo timer or not,I just thought it was neatly installed! Haha

yeah lol its neatly installed but it isnt connected at all ROFL! :nice:
 
485bhp? You running a fully forged engine? Really cant see 485 out of a b16b! My mate has 487bhp out of a fully forged b18c4 with thousands spent on it lol

aint sure yet, ill know how much horsepower it has when the turbos are already installed in the engine, but im pretty sure my mechanic has an idea since he told me that lol! ill get back to you on that after a couple of weeks of work on my ek9 :D

i seriously suck when it comes to engine upgrades thats why i have mechanic bro! LOL!
 
Haha no worries! I'm not THAT clued up on engines although I'm fairly sure 485bhp isn't possible out of a b16b without serious cash! Saying that I have been known to be wrong in the past!

well as for me im still learning the ropes on engine tune-up, upgrades and everything from my mechanic if you know what i mean? XD
 
Yeah it's definately good to know what's going on with your motor so learning the ropes is the best way,especially from someone who's qualified and knows what theyre doing
