been on here years loytering about generally looking at parts and build threads hiding behind the shadows etc...

thaugth i would share my build up thread with you all

long story short i have a ukdm itr which over the years i have upgraded to use on trackdays .removed everything i could really but then decided to start looking at removal of abs and a cage .

the problem was i had rust in the usuall area and to fix this it would cost £££££'s

so decided to sack the shell off use what i can from it and buy a jdm shell

pick of the old horse out on track

XSP_0671_exposure.jpg

real shame to break that car :nono: but the new one will be better

so anyway

managed to find a bare shell and i mean bare shell :please: all that was on it was doors and boot .

jdm 96 spec non abs model with a omp welded in cage :nice:

ignore th ebonnet it was just stopping the cover from falling into the bay

as you can see there is alot to do and parts ive had to source ,

so i spent a few weeks collecting parts to get the shell to a rollinbg point so i could transport it to my place

with a few parts he had laying round ,a few parts from tegiwa and borrowing a friends spare wheels and a hour or two helping lewis its now at a stage ready for collection

Just read the build from start to finish and you've done a great job on this!
Interested in your alignment settings, looks well round the bends on the videos. Good effort! :nice:

Epic man love the cage what kind of spoiler is that if you don't mind me asking ??

Great work dude. Also spied a lifeline quick release boss, by far the best one I've used!
