mobil 1 new life 0w 40

I have been advised to use this oil in my b18c type r? I know theres a sticky above on oil but would like to gauge thoughts on using this or not? Pros/cons? As the manual says 5w 40 or 10w 40

I personally use 5w40 which seems fine.
0w40 is a bit thin and probably more expensive

Well im using motul i think the 8100 excess from tegiwa and its smoking a little on vtec cross over and iv recently dropped the sump to baffle it so im oil shopping tonight and he suggested using it as he uses it in his k20a.

get a good 5w or 10w-40. 0w is pointless and too thin imo.

5w40 or 10w40 fully synth is best

only think about 0w40 in the winter if temps drop below zero regularly. in the UK a good 5w40 will do the job all year round
