Maxxis ZR9 Track day tyre?? Any good?

I have been waiting on Yoko AD08's to come in stock at my local supplyer for a few weeks. Just noticed they have a big stock of these New Maxxis ZR9 track day tyres at almost £10-15 a tyre cheaper than AD08's.

Anybody used them or know much about them??
