Manifold heat wrap advice needed

Was thinking of heat wrapping the exhaust manifold so want some advice
What is good or the best wrap you can buy? Or cheap ones of eBay will do?
How much u need to do a full mani?
When you start to wrap is it best to wet the exhaust or wrap first.
Well if there is more advice where to buy or info put it down...

used cheap stuff once, and it crumbled after 3 months, so i would not recomend it, get it through summit or jegs if you choose to do it, the fiberglass weave is brutal to clean up it gets in your skin... makes me itchy thinking about it...

I just done mine a few weeks back, dont buy cheap stuff buy the good studf and soak the wrap first makes it easier, wear gloves and long sleeves also take your time mines turned out good have a look on my build thread you can also see the hwatwrap I used as there is a pic of it in the box!
