will a integra type r header/manifold fit my ek9??? plus fit onto my standed cat/exhaust system any help welcome

ya its meant to fit straight on. the 98 spec teg one is meant to be a good upgrade

thats correct, you HAVE to buy a b18c itr header because the b16b and the b18c have the same deck height.
