nothing they're both crap, you may as well just give them to me to dispose of...
Seriously though the Toda V2 is the best NA manifold for the b series engine and the J's racing exhaust is meant to give good gains. Obviously your going to have to get a map to make the most of those modes but it should definitely free up a few hp as is.

. haha.... at the minute with standard exhaust and mani it 180bhp next im getting is blox stack air induction and neptune hope'in to get into the high 190snothing they're both crap, you may as well just give them to me to dispose of...
