lsd stamp

Could some one please tell me where the lsd stamp is on the gear box cause i can't see it ne where. and i have a 99 ctr gear box, they have lsd don't they???

if its not very easily visible on the gearbox then its either worn off or it doesnt exist. all ek9's should have LSD

Is it a stamp or a sticker on the gearbox??? i know it has it, i just want to see the mark that says it

It's a black stamp on top of the box at the bell-housing just above the clutch fork.

its very clear in black writing on the gearbox. could this be why uv been having traction trouble

It should be to the left of the engine code. Here's a pic of it. But the stamp is easily worn off so chances are that whats happened to you if you can't see it. And yeah all EK9s came with an LSD

its only like a cheap paint or ink they use to put the stanp on they wear off easy enf.

Ek9 box should be stamped up L4 LSD ,but if the engine+box has been steam cleaned it may have come off

there's a bit of dirt around ther on my engine, couldn't be bothered looking. i know i have lsd, i just wanted to see it, sorry. when i'm takin off both wheels always spin so thats not the traction problem
