In the next few months i'm thinking of installing a lower head gasket to my stock B16B , such as BuddyClub or Mugen. Comp increase .4.
Along with that i will replace valve seals , probably another brand new oem Honda 16 valves for b16b and some minor headjob on the lathe machine.
Probably much better response and some more hp from the little engine with some minor play.
My engine has got 97,000k, on clock and came with 184whp on the Dynoject @ 8800rpm . That's with a skunk2 throttle body , skunk2 inlet manifold , power fc , headers , exhaust system and cold air intake.
Car has lower thermostat , lower fan switch , all hoses changed including heater , aluminum radiator , new fuel pump etc.
I want to sum up all the negatives associated with a lower head gasket with a 16year old engine as well as what else might need to be done in order to be 110% safe..
I will appreciate any professional help.
