lightweight pulley

Hi!

I was thinking about something I want to put lightweight pulley on my engine
after few serch on the net I read some horror stories about few of those lightweight pulleys
they said that you could kill your engine if you put an underdrive pulley
with that info and after spend almost 5000$ca on a swap for my car I don't want to lost it with a dangerous modification
so now I thinking about just put lightweight pulleys on the power steering and the alternator
what do you think?
is it worth it or not?

worth it to make your engine bay a bit brighter, you can buy lightened pullies with built in dampers, think ATI make them although they're not cheap.

I heard about that damper a tuning garage said that he only trust ATI for the crank pulley
if I keep for now the oem crank pulley and change the others is it gonna make a difference?
