Leak down test

Right, i got a compession and leak down test done today, results were-
Cylinder 1- 240psi, 10%
Cylinder 2- 250psi, 18%
Cylinder 3- 240psi, 15%
Cylinder 4- 250psi, 10%
Are the leak down percentages for 2+3 ok? Im burning alot of oil at high revs, since my last service it reads just below the lower mark on the dipstick after only 500 miles (using shell 5w-40fs)
I also noticed there was alot of carbon build up on the exhaust ports, is it possible to burn that much oil through the valve guides alone?

Hi mate, i havn't yet done a leakdown test but my compression readings have about the same diffrences as yours and I have the same burning oil problems, with coke buildup and high revs burning, and Im loosing oil about the same rate as you. But Im still not sure if it just stems?
