Hi everyone, I have a problem in my ek that the key will not turn to on from the off position. I tried jiggling it about for 5 minutes and it managed to get it to drive. The key works ok on the doors and the steering lock is off (dont need to pull on the steering wheel). You can push the key in but there is a lot of resitance to move to the next posistion.
I will try some graphite lubrication or WD40 later to see if this helps.
Dont want to be changing all the locks. I cant tell if the ignition barrel comes in seperate parts from honda - does anyone know if the moving parts in the barrel can be fixed or swaped without getting a new lock set.
