I've not got it to hand right now,but it was on my ek9 radiator,i can check for sure later this afternoon.

I know what your saying and i don't think royal mail would appreciate it,but i can't see it exploding or anything,the flare is inside the plastic case and would be properly packaged,the flare needs a good scrape along the ground to set it alight.
