Jesse from what I could see the fk2 couldn't touch you! You left him badly on the straights and corners, enlighten me if I'm wrong lol.
 
I couldn't see much of it tbh, I could only really look back on the straight bits but noticed he was having issues getting out of the hairpin at the start/finish straight and that I could pull on him on the long sweeping left.
Other than that I couldn't see much, your view was probably better than mine lol

I'll admit my car was poorly driven but too be expected with no track experience.
More seat time at rockingham and it really wouldn't have even been close IMO

You underestimate yourself and you're car mate, as to me it was savage! You're the only ek9 that passed me at the 15.40 session, it was my first track session and what a experience. I definitely want to do more now, and as I did more laps I got a better feel of the limits of my car. My car performed spot on from start to finish, the only issue I was feeling was that my front wheels had so much grip and the rear couldn't keep up. I feel maybe I need to lower my car more and add extra weight to the rear.
 
A lot of us where struggling with rear grip, esp at the start of the session, matts video above is a perfect example.
More weight is likely to make the problem worse tbh.

Looking forward to finding out what the cars got at the ring.

Im hoping to take my car to the ring next year, I've already been twice but hired a suzuki swift so not the same lol. Why don't you go rockingham this Sunday 3 hour open pit session full 1.7mile track. I wish I could make it, but too short notice.
 
You did a very good job of watching your mirrors and your track etiquette is pretty good already!
I can't be sure I was that good with the mirrors when I started.
Generally I come up on other cars quite quickly with the cars power so the fact I didn't even have to lift and you was out of my way is good, as you can imagine being held up constantly is frustrating lol

I'm at work, then I'm meeting the lads I go to the ring with for abit of karting.
The weekend after that I'm at the ring so money is tight and also abit risky leaving me very little time to fix any issues that could come up.

Tbh I think it was only the ek9.org cars and the Almera that i didn't have to push past.

That Almera span out in front of me on the 3rd lap lol had to swerve round him. It was a diesel father and son met the guys In the briefing.
 
The rx8s were idiots, do you know the red fn2 guy? He was chasing me and on the pit straight I pulled away from him hard then let him pass as I wanted to chase him back lol. I kept up all the way with him he couldn't lose me then I got stuck in traffic and he disappeared lol.
