depends on what you want and how much you want to spend?
If its performance I'd go with the mugen or even a oem Dc2 airbox and spoon filter.
If its raw induction noise the J's wins hands down. The noise as it hits vtec is brilliant, and there are quite a few reps of these out now too. so its much easier got.
Cost wise a used mugen intake usually sells for 250 +, Genuine J's for 150+, and around £100 for the copies. hth
