If your in IRL then Quinn direct is usually the cheapest option, seeing 19 year olds getting insured on 9's that are getting cheaper quotes than I would on an EK4. If in Scotland/England/Wales then I would suggest Admiral/Elephant definitely seem the best all round, I personally could not find a company able to beat their quotes and I shopped around for a good 3 months. Always good to shop about as said above though, will vary depending on area, car, NCB etc...
