Installing fog lights

Hey i've just ordered some jdm fogs and i am wondering are they difficult to fit. I checked out some of the threads on here and looks a bit difficult. Does the bumper have to come off. Oh ya these fogs are for a 97 ek9. Any advice would be great!!

I was thinking about getting some too, the ones which sit in the dimples of the facelift bumper. Quite surprised by how much they are.
