I know how we use to get the ef9's particularly sounding like this at home, good old fashion Irish style, decat hollow out the back box and cut away the old mild steel and replace with a new piece of stainless sheet, and weld a bolt in the middle to stop to much resonance and there you have it that sound and on change down a lovely rasp ahhh the good old days LOL
