idle problem

[vtec 9000rpm]

I decided to put my standard inlet manifold on my b16a2 yesterday got it up and running wasn't hunting everything seemed fine until it heated up. Every 5 minutes are so it will drop down the revs till 300rpm then go back up till 1000rpm. Would anybody have any idea what would cause this? Thanks.

my car kept hunting on idle before and it was a defective map sensor.
or maybe you have a vacuum leak?
did you change the gasket when you changed the intake manifold?

Check for leak or clean out idle control valve.
