Hunting when warm - Fine when cold

The sensor in the stat housing is the fan switch.
Coolant temp for ecu is in the head right next to the single wire one for the gauge.
Closest to the exhaust manifold

Dude did you fix this ? If so, what was it ?

Unfortunately not dude, one of my brake lines failed so all my down time from uni's been to fix that. Got a new thermostat in, going to change the lambda next I think.
