As you guys know, parts wear out over time. The best thing to do is to replace them right? But this gets very, VERY costly. Does anyone know how to restore (mostly faded parts) weatherstrips/side skirts/etc? I've read about using leather dye, but what are your suggestions? I want my 13 yr. old car looking fresh!

Ive heard of using a heatgun on some of the black bumper strips etc, im sure there was a guide on civic life about doing it. Apparently it brings them back to a stronger black colour

there are a few excellent threads on here on the matter. Try polishing mesh and then waxing.
