How to paint your Valve Cover (Original Way)

Here is a really helpfull video that i found on Youtube. He basically paints
the Valve Cover JDM red with this.. wrinkled paint like the original valve cover.

Not sure if the colour is the same but my friend bought some VHT paint and the red came out quite pink for a red and doesn't look the same as the original red on the Honda rocker covers.

That's the only reason I've not done mine yet.

Unless someone can recommend a paint that is the right colour with the wrinkle finish?

Oh didnt know that. I will make a research and i will tell you ok?

Not sure if they only do 1 type of red. Maybe the Honda colour looks darker as it's dirtier!

Hopefully someone will know for sure tho.

Finish does look good but I'm still wary of the colour not being quite dark enough.

Sorry but that finish looks dump. Nothing like orignal lol.

The paint seems to wrinkle well, maybe too well! But the colour definately seems off to me.
