This is my vti-S Jordan with the b16 turbo just got it last week and cant explain how much fun it is to drive☺️.... As its my first turbo civic it would be appreciated any comments and help from the seniors at the moment it's has the following mods

t3 hybrid garret turbo
Braided oil feed and return lines
2.5 inch down pipe
Alloy Intercooler
Evo 4 injectors
Aem wide band
Greddy ultimate ecu
38mm external waste gate
Ram air filter

If their is anything els I can change to keep the engine out of danger please comment below and let me know at the moment previouse owner told me the car is running at 8psi. I was thinking of changing the fuel rail ,fuel regulated and a dump valve but don't know what to get

Great fun with some boost are the they!
Personally I'd get the tune checked out on a dyno and go from there. If it's not broken don't fix it.

That's true ☺️ But only problem k realised with it the other day was when I drive normal when the cross over comes it judders only once but when I put my foot down then don't feel any power loss ...., as far as am aware that's the fuel line somewhere isn't it that's causing it

You mean if your cruising upto the crossover rpm it judders? But full throttle through it and it's fine?

Did he say who tuned it?
Almost as if they've set the required map pressure for vtec too low and your catching it part throttle.

No n he did say sumit about having the vtec lowered to 3500 rpm or sumit... but don't know what to do to make it stop juddering ?

What does the wideband say when it judders? Sudden change in air fuel?

I haven't checked it as only gt it 2/3 days ago am thinking of taking it in for a Tunning check just to make sure about the air n fuel n shall I change the fuel pump to 255? As its standard atm

Yeah I'd change it for sure if it's standard.
What ecu you have?

I've not used it before, if you can get a copy of the map off it I can take a look.

ive never used the greddy e-manage ultimate before but used the old e-manage blue on my evo many years ago (im assuming they run the same principle) due to it being a piggy back ecu the map on the e-manage blue is a plus or minus figure from zero using the stock ecu maps as zero point, if that makes any sense.... it makes the map when viewed on its own look quite different to what you'd see on a stand a lone ecu

personally I didnt like the system as it was more akin to clamping and modifying stock sensor signals to achieve the desired results in the map, don't get me wrong it will work but I found the limits of the system quite quickly and went for a power fc instead (on the evo)

Thanxs evo_munky it is u knw but it puts a smile on my face every time I drive it ...., btw what engine oil is everyone using on a b16 turbo?

millers nanodrive 5w40 is what I use on my k series, used it on boosted b series before with no issues, track and road

What's better for a b16 turbo 5w40 nanodrive or the millers cfs oil also what is it? 5w40

Thanxs guys gona order the aem fuel rail and fuel regulator this week with a 255 walbur fuel pump hopefully :))
