On standard car the two lines go to a proportioning valve and from there it is split diagonally so each outlet does 1 front and 1 rear brake iirc so in theory they should both put out the same pressure

I've just plumbed a bias valve into my brake line(obviously deleting the old prop valve) I'm running the front port of MS to rear brake line. Although I'm sure they are both the same as stating above.
Had my car on brake tester at MOT and everything appeared normal so I'd guess that's right.
