help needed!!! asap

Rite my car has lay in my garage as past few months since I crashed it, it most of it fixed now n iv started doin bits and bobs to it til I get it painted in the new year. Yesterday I installed my new steering wheel a deep dish omp wheel. I removed the airbag n all n got everything took off and put on. Today I started the car n drove it out of my garage. I switched it off n put the wings on the car n(as the were off and I hadn't enough room in my garage to put them on) when I jumped back into the car I turned the key n the lights came on bt when I went to turn it over n didn't do anything, and now when I turn the key it doesn't turn the lights or anything on. Don't no if this would have anything to do wif me changing the steerin wheel and this had lead to a short somewere but just thought I'd mention the wheel incase. Any comment wil be appreciated!

I'm guessing you disconnected your battery check the terminals r tight. Check the battery isnt flat and check your earths.

Was the earth coming off the negative on the battery! Cheers anyway folks! Sh*t myself there for a minute! Lol
