HELP Motor wont start

So I wake up to get on with my day and my motor wont start. It has spark, fuel, no fuses/relays are blown and battery is good. I do not have a kill switch nor immbolizer or even an alarm. I turn key and the motor does turn but will not start. Fuel pump does prime normally and car start if I push start it. I am stumped could anyone help? By the way the motor is a B16B only bolt on mods I/H/E

have you check the ecu ?

i get no check engine light and the ecu is ok i tried it one my friends car and no problem there
