Help identifying these lights?

Not sure if you tint them or buy them like this

does look like them as they are very dark

i would definitely say they are tinted

They are tinted. Was some colored liquid to do it. Some jap guy do it in pink yellow blue. Etc.

yeahyeah, use VHT nightshades too, thats reallydark, and looks sick
either that or etech do a nice dark tint
though iv not used that

my 1st question is why? but yes they are tinted
