Help!! Gearbox / Clutch Problem

Only happened about 2-3 days ago.

Its getting very hard to get the car in and out of gear,
I think its something to do with the clutch.

When I press the clutch down (no matter how far down) its as if i'm only pressing it down just enough to force the car into gear.

It crunched once or twice, any very rarely you get a gear that feels ok.
Since I bought the car when you press the clutch to the floor it squeeks.

Anybody ever experience this or know what could be wrong?
 
i had this problem on mine n it wud jolt wen takin it out of gear because it was still slightly engaged does it do that aswell ???
 
think the michanic sead it was the plate anyways basicaly ment it was bust think you need a new clutch matey
 
Been driving it since and noticed this.
- When driving everything is normal/perfect except getting in and out of gear.
- Clutch isint slipping.
- Theres no leaks anywhere as far as i'm aware.
- Theres a kind of whinning noise when 1st gear is selected but the clutch pedal is to the floor (so clutch is engegaed i think) only happens as the car is slowing down.
- Noise completely stops when ya put her into neutral.
- When ya do the same thing in 2nd its like a really quiet hissing sound then 3rd the hissing is even quieter.
- When in 5th driving around 60kmh there is a humming sound
 
Yo ck89, you need a new clutch. Which means clutch, pressure plate und bearing.
One of these parts need to be changed in your clutch, or all of them. Just replace them all if only one part has failed, standard stuff really.

Your issues should go away after the clutch job.
 
I was thinking that too but if it was the clutch why would there be a humming noise when driving??
 
that might be the bearings when your stoppe n in neutral put the clutch pedal in n see if it goes away then let it out n might do it again
 
Had 2 mechanics look at it today, one is mad into his honda and has a 96 itr, both said its defo the gearbox. The humming noise is a wheel bearing haha
