Help! City Lights

I just bought some CTR headlamps. Wondering when the come on.
1. Turn on when car on
2. Turn on when car on & turn off when headlamps come on
3. Come on when parklamps come on & stay on.
4. Come on when parklamps come on & turn off when headlamps come on

we don't have these in America. some people say they come on with the parklamps and turn off with the headlamps, but i think they are on all the time. Please let me know. I want to do this correctly

Yea, they should turn on with the parking lights and turn off when the headlight is on

what do you mean?
headlights come on when you put them on ?

I am talking about the city lights the extra bulb inside the headlamp. When i turn on my car, do the city lights come on? Or do they only come on when i turn the parklamps on, then turn off when i turn the headlamps on.

They come on when you turn on the parking lights. They also stay on with the headlights. In the jdm models they replace us version parking lights which only come on when a turn signal is activated, in jdm models.
