Hello everyone,
Bought a 1996 VTEC more door as a track car a few months ago, first ever Honda but I've had a few Jap cars in the past.
Had two sessions in the car at Knockhill and it went really well, car now getting stripped out for next season, joined the forum hoping to learn how to make the old slipper go faster
Here is the spec list from when it was advertised :
Specification; Engine
Integra Type R pistons
Ported & polished head
Double valve springs
Other Modifications
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold
Performance Plug Leads
Tokyo Express 70mm Throttle Body
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
A&M Induction Kit with X Power Filter
Heatshield Intake Manifold Gasket
Megan Racing Stainless exhaust with removable baffle
Gearbox Type 2000
Limited Slip Diff
Short Shift Gear Lever
Eibach Progressive Springs
Racing & standard ECU
Sabelt Drivers Bucket seat & standard seat
Racing Harness
Kinda stuck as to what to do/where to go next, hence why we started stripping it out, would really like to get some cams in there, along with the other ecu that makes the vtec come in at 4500 rpm but up here in the barren wastelands of Fife Im not sure where to look for Honda tuners - any pointers appreciated
Apart from that Im into vw's, footy, indie music and having a laugh with my kids
