The law in Belgium only lets you modify the exhaust and airfilter , am i right??

Its a pity

The law in Belgium allows to put some parts with the registration as the suspensions and the wheels and nothing more (perhaps an exhaust but not full exhaust)
I'll put some other parts in the engine but not much, I'll buy a s2k or a skyline in the futur
