harness help please

so guys i was looking at my harness from the motor to the ecu so i retrace everything bekuh i wanted to see where was the shortage..the old place up the street that put my motor in was performence raceing.i have a jumper harness and its converted to obd2b to obd1 i thought why would u need to cut the obd2b ecu pin B6 and jump to converter harness and also A26 from obd2 harness into jumper harness?so now i have these 2 wires that i dont no where the heck it goes also can someone tell me where it goes on the jumper bekuh i redid the whole harness and it looked like it didnt have to be jump to harness and also i have these two wires that i dont no where it go when i did the v tec wiring in is on the conversion harness (obd2)b22(dont no where that goes or did i switch them wrong) and i dont realy think (obd1)b22 goes to the IAB ground (does it) man can some one help me please!

my car been sittin at da shop for a ill min please some help me or can some one show me a digram on a obd2b car with a obd1 motor..and how they done the jumper stuff


can dis be the reason why vtec dont work?
 
First what is you car original instalation? obd2b?
What is your engine original installation?
What is you ecu type?

When fixing IACV then you put B6 to B23. That is fix for IACV with 3 wires to IACV with two wires. So first check how meny wires does the IACV have! B15 should be removed. Here is the link:

A23 is the secondary O2 sensor. There are wiht four and with 2 wires. That is the reason for this fix.
