hi guys.

im in the process of removing the air conditioning from my ek9, ive been sticking to the thread that 'ek9turbo' kindly posted up but am a little bit stuck/confused now!
ive removed all of the neccesary pipe work and the radiator from the engine bay and also cut the belt on the pully!

the only bit i am stuck on at the mo is the main unit/pulley, i am trying to remove it but am unsure on which bolts to remove to do so...
do i remove the 2 bolts from the bracket that also supports (am led to believe) the power steering pump then the 2 under neath?
if so do i need to shorten the bolts or use a few washers to gain the thickness back?

also is there any others problems i may encounter whilst removing the main unit/pulley? or any other bolts i need to remove etc..

cheers
scott

i clicked post, clicked back and it came up as if i were writing the thread again, so i re-posted it!
sorry mate, my fault!

The AC bracket is seperate to the PAS bracket. there is four long bolts retaining the AC pump unit to the bracket. If you go back to the guide youll see some diagrams showing this. :nice:
