The no carbs late at night is myth.
Went to a good seminar at the body power expo about nutrition.
Aside from that you've got a good program.
Thanks. Interesting regarding the late night carbs.

Eat and then eat some more.
I was just over 8.5 stone last April. Now up to 11 stone 2lbs.
Clean bulked like mad and did eat some junk food as well just to up my calories.
As said eat loads of pasta, brown rice, chicken, mince steak etc...
Ask Dave and Chris they have me on facebook and I was super skinny when I started! Also in the gym dont try and lift heavy, start off really light and dont worry about people watching or looking at you as lets be honest here we all had to start somewhere (I could barely bench 50kg when I started now I'm up to 120kg).
It takes time, don't expect results overnight especially if you are natural
Follow Logan's meal/training program and I doubt you'll go far wrong.
Get a decent spotter/training buddy, the extra confidence for squats etc is well worth it.
What supplements you guys using?
I now only take MyProtein Impact Whey. 1 shake a day after training
I now get all my protein carbs and fat from my food, since iv started counting my macros

thats good going for nearly a year when doing it natural
what whey protein do people recomend for bulking up and where do you buy it? my metabolism is seriously fast, i eat and eat to the point where it becomes annoying but still dont put much weight on and dont want to start hitting the juice so need some advise with this
what does "cut" mean?
Eat and then eat some more.
Figure out what calories you need for maintenance and add around 500 more. If you don't put any weight on, then add some more in.
Doing a clean bulk will work out better long term as you won't have to cut much for definition.
That said don't be afraid of eating junk to fire your intake up.
Just don't overdo it.

I used mutant mass weight gainer with good results.
Civicx3 what's your daily intake ?
Cut just means cutting back on calories and improve on definition.
tbh i dont really know, il keep track over the next week, guess i need more though
are all whey proteins the same and going to do the same job? might pick some up locally if so
