When I bought my car it had an e-manage "ecu", the blue one attached to it, but I can see that it's not properly programmed as the engine usually runs between 1000-1500 rpm when on idle and it also leaves behind a lot of non burnt fuel when in vtec. What would you recommend to do? Get it programmed somewhere (they told me it would cost around to 200 euro), or just disconnect it from the car? Also if disconnect it how would I do it as I wasn't able to find any guides online of how to remove all the wiring as it's already messed up with the oem ecu.

I wish I had called myself Brian O' Conner haha

Best bet is taking it into a garage dude. 200 euros isn't exactly steep for that sort of job

Get it tuned, 200 euro is cheap.

You'll see some gains too.
