I've used jauce.com in the past. Really good site as everything is in English (as they are basically a middle man). Break down of costs from seller of the Auction to their warehouse and to you can be calculated (pretty accurate).
If you're not too keen on importing the item by yourself, an import company can also get the wheels into the country without any hidden costs. Find the item you want on Jauce, and send them over the details.
A lot of my mates use either Jap West Mods (http://www.japwestmods.co.uk) or OPJP (http://www.opjp.co.uk) to source their wheels and ship them over.
They often have large containers that they will fill up with customer orders, saving a bit of money on shipping.
